Bishop Sand

Bishop is the producer, researcher, editor and host of  Sift. His mission for the show is to find the ideas that shape our way of thinking about ourselves and the rest of the world. Bishop also collaborates with NPR’s RadioLab. When he is not producing philosophical radio shows he is a chemistry and physics teacher.

  1. Trying to listen to Size of Life. But with the vehicle noise and the background music noises, the narration is unintelligible.

    1. Thanks for the feedback. I’m working on getting the voices to have more contrast with the background so you can hear the show in noisier environments.

  2. Hi, I discovered your show on XM and was very interested in the DNA article you did. In the article you said that people could send in their swab and get results of where their families came from out of Africa, I think. I was curious as to how I would go about that. Thank you.
